Appointment and Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our relationship with you is built on trust and consideration. We’re committed to punctuality and ask that you reach out if you can’t make your appointment. We send reminders via text, email, and phone calls, and now REQUIRE confirmation for all appointments. If you do not confirm your appointment, it will be canceled. Please be mindful of the impact missed or unnotified cancellations have on patients in need of essential care. Below are our policies for missed appointments:

Late Arrivals

If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your designated appointment time, we will likely need to reschedule your visit. Please allow enough time if you are traveling from a long  distance. Rushing through or squeezing in appointments compromises the quality of care we strive to provide. Rescheduling due to late arrival will require a deposit which will be applied to your next visit.  This deposit is $225 for new patients and $110 for recheck visits. This deposit will be forfeited if the following visit is a late arrival or missed appointment.

Appointment Cancellation

Notify us 48 hours before your appointment to respect the needs of other patients. If you need to cancel after office hours, you may leave a voicemail at 239-948-9434, or respond to one of our text or email reminders.

Missed Appointment (No Show)

Missing an appointment without notice will be noted in your pet’s record and will require a deposit to reschedule. This deposit is $225 for new patients and $110 for recheck visits. This deposit is applied to your next visit but is forfeited if the rescheduled appointment is also a “no show.”

New Patients

If you have not filled out the requested information forms, you should arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time for these forms to be filled out.

These policies help us accommodate as many patients as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
